How it works
- Apply. Send the short form on this page, or email us your company details.
- Checks. We ask for your operator licence, insurance and fleet details and check they are valid.
- Portal access. Once approved, you receive a login for the partner portal.
- Receive jobs. Bookings appear in the portal and are confirmed by email. Accept the work you can cover.
- Complete and get paid. Your driver completes the journey and payment is settled on the agreed terms.
What we ask of partners
- A valid private hire operator licence from TfL or your local council.
- Drivers with a current private hire (PCO) driver licence and vehicles with a current private hire vehicle licence.
- Hire and reward insurance and public liability insurance for your operation.
- Your fleet availability and passenger capacity kept up to date in the portal.
- Clean, well maintained cars and drivers who arrive on time and treat passengers politely.
We are a cab facilitator. The journey contract sits with the licensed operator who carries out the booking, and every job is recorded against that operator as the law requires.

Questions we get asked
Who can become a partner?
Private hire operators licensed by Transport for London or their local council, and fleet owners working under a licensed operator. Every vehicle and driver you send must hold the correct private hire licences and insurance.
Does it cost anything to join?
Registering your interest costs nothing. We explain the commercial terms, including any commission on completed journeys, before you sign up, so you can decide with full information.
How will I receive bookings?
Jobs are shown in the partner portal and confirmed to you by email. You accept the work you can cover, and cancellations or changes are sent to you the same way.
I already have a portal login. Where do I sign in?
Use the Partner login button on this page. If you have forgotten your details, call or WhatsApp us and we will help you reset them.
How long does approval take?
Once we have your licence, insurance and fleet details, checks are usually completed within a few working days. We will contact you if anything is missing.
