Who we are
Rosehill Minicabs Cars is a local minicab office serving people who live and work around the Rose Hill roundabout, the St Helier estate and the wider London Boroughs of Sutton and Merton. Our postcode is SM1 3LA, and most of our regular passengers live within a couple of miles of it.
We are not a national app or a call centre in another city. When you phone us, you are speaking to people who know the difference between St Helier Avenue and St Helier station, who know that Angel Hill gets busy at school time, and who can tell you roughly how long the A217 takes on a Friday afternoon.
How we work
Every trip follows the same simple rules, whether it is a two-mile hop to Sutton station or a run to Stansted.
- The price comes first. We quote a fixed fare before you confirm, and that is the fare you pay.
- We are open all hours. Our office takes bookings 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including bank holidays.
- Airport runs are tracked. For collections we follow your flight, so we know when you have really landed.
- Meet and greet is available. Your driver can meet you inside arrivals with a name board.
- Families are welcome. Child seats are available when you request them at booking.
- You choose how to pay. We take card and cash.
The cars we use
We keep a mix of saloons, estates, 6 seater MPVs and 7/8 seater vehicles, so we can match the car to the job rather than squeezing people in. If you need extra room, our 6 seater minicab page and 7 seater taxi page explain which option suits which kind of trip.
What we do most
A large share of our bookings are airport transfers, particularly Gatwick and Heathrow, because both are within an hour of Rosehill in normal traffic. We also do plenty of local work: school runs, hospital visits, shopping trips and evenings out in Sutton and Wimbledon. You can see every place we serve on our areas we cover page.

Questions we get asked
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit and credit cards, and contactless. Apple Pay, Paypal and account billing.
Are your drivers licensed?
We work with private hire minicab operators, so any driver who will come to pick you up is licensed driver with TFL/Licensed Authority.
Can I choose the same driver for regular trips?
For regular bookings such as school runs or weekly appointments, ask us when you book. We will try to keep the same driver where the rota allows, but we cannot guarantee it every time.
Do you work with businesses?
Yes. Local businesses book us for staff travel, visitors and airport runs. Please contact us by email to talk through what you need.
